Ollie
You start off with your rear foot on the edge of the tail and your front foot about in the middle. Then you bend down and then come up, on your way coming up you push down on the tail and slide your feet forward while you are in the air. You level out the board and then ride away smooth.

Kickflip
Start with your back foot on the tail and your front foot right under the bolts. Your front foot should be slanted just a little. Bend your knees and pop your board. Flick your front foot off the tip of the nose making it flip.
Suck up your legs for the catch. Try and keep your feet over the bolts.
Land and absorb the shock and roll away.

Pop-Shovit
You start off with your back foot on the outside concave and your front foot on the bolts with your heel hanging slightly over the edge. Pop your back foot on the concave and push your front foot foward. This will make the board spin sideways Bring your front foot back to where it was once you see it start to spin and stay above the board.
When its spun all the way around catch it, push down and ride away.
Hardy Flipster
THIS TRICK WAS SENT TO ME BY SCOTT!!!! Before you do the trick you might want to make sure there's a kicker or a bowl (to ollie out of) around or even a funbox with a curved lip. Once you can land them well try them on the ground. Basically it's a hard flip, but instead of the board doing a half-flip, it does a 1 and a 1/2 flip. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO LEARN HARDFLIPS FIRST!!!.
1.Pump the bowl, or get a decent speed (about the same as doing a rough 50-50).
2.As you approach the bowl or lip, get your feet with the back foot firmly on the tail and your front foot as you would a tweaked hardflip.
3.Rolling up the lip, pop your tail and make it spin! Remember to kick the board sort of underneath like a hardflip and your front foot powerfully to the side of the board.
4. Let the board spin hard but just don't let it spin like crazy, you have to make sure you hover above your board with your legs sucked up.
Let the board spin like hell but keep it under some level of control!
5. You have to have good reflexes, and because the board is spinning so fast you need to smack your legs down a little early to catch the board properly. If you catch it too late your stuffed, but if only a little too early you might be able to hold the trick.
I can do them on the ground now pretty often.
6. Once you've caught the board, let your legs take your board down to earth but remember to bend your legs or you will encounter Deep Impact.
